My President is Black!

I am back from a short hiatus and a thus far an excruciating long football season for the Jacksonville Jaguars. I thought I would label this blog the same as the new popular Young Jeezy song because I believe it catches the eye. In a moumental beat down like something out of a Kimbo Slice street fight, Barrack Obama defeated John McCain in an epic election to become the 44th President of the United States of America. When it happened I was jumping up and down as though someone had amped up the volume to House of Pains smash hit "Jump Around". I am proud to say I voted for Obama on his pursuit to capture the White House. He inspired the nation and capitvated the minds hearts and souls of millions and even the state of Indiana to which the Ku Klux Klan was formed. The McCain/Palin campaign threw ever thing and the kitchen sink at him (but dont worry the campaign hired Bob The Plumber to put the sink back in) They alleged things like socialistic values and ideals, inexperienced, close net group of terrorist friends... some sort of terrorism network, surrending on the war when we are close to winning. They understood that people do things based on desire and fear and they played on individuals fears, by tapping into this mindset that if we use these scare tactics we can win.
To many of the allegations such as inexperience and not having enough presidental experience... to my knowledge McCain and Obama both had no presidental experience due to the fact that neither had ever been president, common sense.... I know. My opinion is that Obama has much more knowledge on the issues whereas McCain did have more time spent in the Senate. Me personally I would rather have someone that is knowledgeable rather than someone saying that they have experienced more. We also just needed a shake up in Washington when everything is looking so bleak Obama seemed to be the only glimmer of hope within the political machine.
For all the ignorant people who are making false promises to move to a foreign country because Obama was elected, you should at least be open minded and give him a opportunity before you bash him. You must understand that we need you to join forces with us for this country to experience expotential growth. One ideology Obama commonly preached was the one of us coming together as nation to push together and overcome the hardships that we are presently presented with. I dont know where Obama is going to take us as a nation, but I truly have faith that he is leading us towards greener pastures. If im wrong I will be the first one to pick up a crow and take a big bite into it. All I am asking is that everyone gives him a fair shake even if he isnt the one you supported. Thank You and.... Yes We Can!
